I had a wonderful experience with Khalid from Sage during the installation of my Lelit Bianca. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the machine was installed and set up perfectly. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent service and genuine attention to detail. Thank you, Khalid, for making the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended! ☕️👏
